The SPA team is at your service to help you with the selection of services and treatments including their proper order. We encourage you to make reservations as far in advance as possible, to ensure the availability of your favorite treatments. You can also do it directly at the SPA reception.
The reservation is made by previously paying the entire service through our website in the "Hours reservation" tab or by paying 100% of the service through electronic bank transfer and sending your proof of payment to the WhatsApp of Masare Spa.
It is considered a group of 3 or more people. Group reservations must be made by phone or by mail with a minimum time of two weeks before, paying 100% of the reserved treatments, the date of the service will be subject to the availability of the center.

BY THE GROUPS

If you are late for your treatment, you should be aware that being late will simply shorten your treatment time. Depending on the duration of your treatment, a long delay may turn into an absence and therefore the full charge of the treatment fee to your account or credit card.
Please respect the cancellation policy of Masare Spa, notifying by phone call or whatsapp at least 24 hours in advance, at the time of treatment. In the case of groups, 3 days in advance of the date. In case of not canceling or modifying the reservation according to the cancellation policy, the full amount of the reserved treatments will be charged.
Massages for 2 people (duo or couples)
If you reserve or buy a massage for 2 people (duo or couple), the service must be performed by both people, at the same time, day and room. It cannot be used by the same person on two different occasions. You cannot divide the service into two separate sessions.
PHYSICAL AND HEALTH CONDITION
We recommend not performing the treatments right after eating and they will not be performed on any client who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Shaving before an exfoliation treatment and sunburn before any SPA service should be avoided. We kindly ask you to notify us of any physical condition, pregnancy, hypertension, allergy or injury that could affect the service when you make your reservation.
Pregnant women under 3 months, heart or pressure problems are not recommended to use the Spa facilities. Please allow the Spa team to guide you in the selection of treatments as some treatments are not recommended during this special time.
The hydromassage service must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Pre-hydration is recommended, since the hydromassage temperature is greater than or equal to 32ºC, up to a maximum of 42ºC. Anticipating by phone what your tolerance to heat is.
The hydromassage can be requested as an additional service to any massage or therapy paying $ 15,000 per person.
As a requirement for the hydromassage, the use of a bathing suit and sandals is mandatory.
BASIC REGULATIONS OF THE SPA

Gift Card extension service
This service can be contracted in the event that you have a Gift Card that has expired. It consists of extending your Gift Card for 1 additional month, paying 50% of the current total price of the service.
SPA treatments can be paid via bank transfer, cash, debit and credit cards. The SPA services in Gift Card format will always be paid in advance. Advance reservations are advised.
All prices are in Chilean pesos and are subject to change without prior notice.

Masare EIRL does not assume any responsibility for any accident, illness or impediment that the client may suffer during their session and stay in our establishment. The client requests our services on a voluntary basis, and regarding any situation, impediment or accident that may occur during their stay at Masare Spa, the client assumes full and total responsibility for this.
